• amount you need
• your name, company name, shipping and billing addresses
• e-mail or fax information whichever you would like to be contacted.

Order confirmation:

We send an order confirmation including the shipping time and cost.

Shipment:

Shipping costs are not included in pack prices what you can find in product details pages. You can see the essential shipping information on these pages.

Most of products may be shipped by courier companies as non-dangerous material. However, there are some products which are dangerous by air transportation. These requires extra shipping costs or may be shipped by surface mail (requires about a week within Europe).

Payment:

Pre-payment is required from first time customers. Later, invoice will be sent together with the product with 21 days payment deadline.
